The Friends of Moosehorn NWR, Fundy Audubon and your refuge staff will be hosting the annual Spring Warbler Walk at the Refuge on Saturday, May 19th. Meeting location will be at the eagle observation parking area, near the intersection of US Rte 1 and the Charlotte Rd in Baring, at 6:30am.
Rubber boots and insect repellent are recommended. We follow the Barn Meadow Trail and walk about 3 miles over 2-3 hours, depending on weather, insects and birds.
Come join us in searching for the many Neotropical migrants that visit the Refuge.
